Part 1- Provision Of Psychological Services To The Residents Of The Paczków Commune1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Psychological Services To The Inhabitants Of The Paczków Commune, Including Children, Adolescents And Adults, In Particular Families Experiencing Care And Educational Difficulties, People In Crisis Situations, People Experiencing Emotional, Educational, Family Or Social Problems And People Requiring Psychological Support.2) Psychological Services Will Be Provided In The Form Of Individual Consultations For Children, Adolescents And Adults, As Well As Consultations With Participation Of Parents Or Guardians Of Children And Adolescents, According To The Diagnosed Needs. Psychological Services Are Understood As Specialist Counseling Provided To Persons And Families Who Have Difficulties Or Need Support In Solving Their Life Problems, Referred To In Art. 46 Of The Act On Social Assistance.3) The Scope Of Services Provided Includes In Particular: A) Providing Psychological Consultations And Advice; B) Diagnosing Emotional, Family, Educational, Developmental And Social Problems; C) Providing Psychological Support To People In Crisis Situations; D) Supporting The Proper Development Of Children And Adolescents; E) Strengthening Parental And Educational Competences; F) Supporting The Development Of Social, Communication And Emotional Skills; G) Motivating The Use Of Other Forms Of Specialist Assistance And Cooperation With Institutions Operating For The Benefit Of Children And Families, To The Extent Permitted By Law; H) Maintaining Documentation Of Consultations In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Ordering Partys Requirements. 4) The Average Duration Of Services Is 2 Hours Per Week, Assuming An Average Of 50 Weeks Of Services Per Year, Which Constitutes A Total Of 200 Hours During The Contract Implementation Period Covering The Years 2027-2028. The Ordering Party Stipulates That At Least 1 Hour Of Consultation Should Be Completed In One Day.5) Services Will Be Provided On The Agreed Dates, From Monday To Friday From 8.00 A.M. To 6.00 P.M. At The Headquarters Of The Consultation Point In Paczków. In Particularly Justified Cases, Consultations May Be Carried Out On Other Days Of The Week And At Other Times, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party.6) One Hour Of Service Is Considered To Be 60 Minutes, Of Which At Least 45 Minutes. Is Intended For Direct Customer Support. The Remaining Time May Be Allocated To Maintaining Documentation, Preparation For Consultations And Organizational Activities Related To The Provision Of The Service.7) The Room For Classes Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. 8) The Price For 1 Hour Of Service Should Include All Costs Related To Conducting Classes, In Particular The Cost Of Necessary Aids, Travel To The Place Of Order Fulfillment, Etc. 9) The Number Of Hours Is An Estimate.
