Part No. 1 Of The Order Entitled Delivery Of Power Generators 1. The Subject Of Part No. 1 Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Delivery Of Power Generators2. The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1 Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Project/Template Contract, A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Applicable Legal Regulations.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Formal Requirements And Detailed Requirements, Technical Parameters, Equipment And Warranty And Service Conditions That The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet And Have: 1) Template/Draft Contract - Constituting Appendix No. 7 To The Swz, 2) Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Constituting Appendix No. 12 To The Swz. 4. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included In The Swz, The Ordering Party Specified The Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Template/Draft Contract And A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Uses The Name Of The Material(S) Or Device(S), Parameters Identifying The Manufacturer, Origin, They Only Serve To Determine The Characteristics And Quality Of These Materials Or Devices, Materials Or Devices (Generally Products) Equivalent From Other Manufacturers May Be Used In The Execution Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows An Equivalent Solution, Provided That The Offered Subject Of The Order Has The Same Or Better Technical, Substantive, Operational, Quality And Functional Characteristics. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials And Devices With Parameters At Least Identical To The Main Parameters Of Materials And Devices Described In The Swz, Which Parameters Are Necessary To Ensure The Basic Function Intended For A Given Material Or Device. If The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Report On Tests Carried Out By This Body As Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Or The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Is Used In The Desc
