The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Light Reconnaissance And Rescue Vehicle Of The Pickup Type With A 4X4 Drive. The Vehicle Is Brand New And Must Meet Road Traffic Requirements (Valid Approval For The Base Vehicle). The Maximum Actual Weight Of The Car Cannot Exceed 3,000 Kg. Cpv Code 34144210-3 Fire Trucksthe Procedure Consists Of Three Identical Parts (Basic Order And Option Right). Contractors May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Parts. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right In The Scope Of: Option No. 1: Vehicle Equipped With A Tetra Transport Terminal In The Tea2 Standard - 1 Piece (Detailed Technical Description In Annex No. 2 To Swz) Option No. 2: Set Of Tires Winter Tires For The Size Of Rims Offered For The Vehicle - 1 Set. Option No. 3: A Set Of Additional Rims In The Size Of Winter Tires - 1 Set. The Ordering Party Informs That The Right To The Option Should Be Taken Into Account For Each Part Of The Procedure Separately. The Final Decision To Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part Depends On The Prices Offered In The Procedure And The Financial Resources Available To The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Order Defined As Option Right Is An Entitlement And Not An Obligation Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party May Not Exercise The Option Right, In Particular If It Fails To Obtain Financial Resources For This Purpose, And The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect. The Ordering Party Will Decide To Exercise The Option Right And Inform The Contractor About It Before Signing The Contract. If The Option Is Activated, Information About It Will Be Indicated In The Content Of The Concluded Contract, And The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Complete The Basic Order Together With The Selected Scope Of Options. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That: • The Evaluation Of The Submitted Offers Will Be Comprehensive (Basic Order And Option Right) • The Offer For The Option Right Is Obligatory - If There Is No Offer For The Option Right, The Offer Will Be Rejected As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Order Minimum 24-Month Warranty. If The Contractor Provides A Warranty Period Shorter Than The Required One - 24 Months, The Contractors Offer Will Be Rejected Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act, As Inconsistent With The Swz.
