1. The Subject Of The Order Are Successive Deliveries Of Frozen Foods To The Olympic Preparation Center In Władysławowo Together With Transport Services. Cpv Code: 15896000-5 Deep-Frozen Products, 15331170-9 Frozen Vegetables2. The Delivered Products Must Be Of High Quality, Must Meet The Quality Requirements For Storage, Packaging And Transport Contained In Polish Standards Transposing European Standards And Have Valid Expiration Dates, And The Contractor Should Have Certificates And/Or Permits Confirming That, Through Appropriate Reference, Precisely Marked Products Being The Subject Of The Delivery Comply With The Indicated Standards. It Is Required To Submit An Appropriate Declaration With The Content Indicated In Point. 8 Of The Supplementary Offer Form, And The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request The Presentation Of Appropriate Documents Confirming The Above Circumstances And The Quality Of The Products For A Given Delivery. 3.
