The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Retrofitting Of Workstations With Ergonomic Equipment, Such As Office Chairs, Which Will Limit The Overload Of The Musculoskeletal System And Reduce The Number Of Occupational Diseases. 3. Order Type: Delivery. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.5. Information Regarding The Estimated Quantity And Type Of The Ordered Assortment Is Specified In Annex No. 3 To Swz.6. Opz Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Contractors Offer Regarding The Offered Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Constitute Annexes To The Contract. 7. All Requirements Specified In The Swz Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
