1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Successful Purchase And Delivery Of Yomb Road Slabs.2. The Order Will Be Financed From The Ordering Partys Own Funds. Estimated Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order: 2,882 Pcs. Note! The Quantities Of Materials Provided By The Ordering Party In The List (Above) Are Estimates And Are Calculated Based On The Planned Needs Of The Ordering Party. They May Change Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Without Constituting A Basis For The Contractor To Pursue Claims, Including Damages, For Failure To Perform Part Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes (Reduce Or Increase) During The Contract Implementation Period, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Subject To Point. 3 (Below). Any Changes In The Number Of Pieces Of Materials Indicated In The List Will Not Result In Changes To The Unit Prices Included In The Contractors Offer, And For This Reason The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Additional Claims Against The Ordering Party.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit Or Increase The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract To 30%, In Relation To The Estimated Quantity Given In Point. 2 (Above), In The Event That For Economic Reasons, Current Needs Or Other Reasons, Including Those Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party, Such Performance Will Not Be In Its Interest, Including In Cases Caused By Circumstances That The Ordering Party, Acting With Due Diligence, Could Not Have Predicted.4. Due To The Limitation Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Point 3 (Above), The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Financial Ones, Against The Ordering Party, And The Contractor Hereby Waives Their Pursuit.5. The Ordering Party Will Order The Subject Of The Order According To The Current Demand For Materials From The Contractor, In Any Quantity, And Such An Order May Be Placed By Post, Fax, Electronically Or By Telephone. Details Of The Order Execution Are Presented In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.6. The Slabs Should Be Made Of Concrete With The Concrete Compressive Strength Class According To Pn-En 206, Cross-Reinforced With Steel In The Lower And Upper Zones With A Bar Thickness Of At Least 6.0 Mm. A Detailed Description Of The Employers Requirements Regarding The Execution Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
