Tenders Are Invited For Selecting A Team For Comprehensive Service And Implementation Of The Project Titled: Heritage For All, Implemented Under The Interreg Poland-Slovakia Program 2021-2027.

B) As Part Of The Team, The Contractor Will Provide The Following Specialists: - Project Coordinator, - Financial Coordinator, - Information And Promotion Assistant, - Public Procurement Assistant. C) Team For Comprehensive Project Management: Heritage For All Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund (Erdf) Under The Interreg Poland - Slovakia 2021-2027 Program Will Cooperate Closely With The Employees Of The Ordering Party, Which Is The Lead Partner Of The Project, And With The Project Partner, Which Is Podduklianske Osvetové Stredisko Vo Svidníku - Slovakia. D) The Lead Partner Is Responsible For The Overall Implementation Of The Project On Both The Polish And Slovak Sides. E) Both The Partner From Slovakia And The Partner From Poland Will Create A Project Management Structure As Part Of Efficient Project Management. Each Partner Will Appoint A Coordinator - Responsible For The Implementation Of Tasks In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule - And Other Collaborators, I.E. Substantive People On Each Side, People For Financial Services. The Composition And Work Of The Teams Will Ensure The Achievement Of The Main And Intermediate Goals Of The Project And Will Cope With Unforeseen Events During Its Implementation. F) The Ordering Party Requires That The Project Coordinator Or Financial Coordinator Be Present At The Ordering Partys Headquarters (Dukla) At Least 3 Times A Week And At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Or The Project Partner (Svidník). The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Travel Costs In The Offer Price.G) Comprehensive Communication Services In The Cst2021 System (Formerly Sl2021).H) Monitoring Of The Achieved Product And Result Indicators, With Particular Emphasis On The Organization Of 51 Cross-Border Events.I) Mandatory Participation Of The Contractors Staff In Operational Meetings With The Lead Partner And The Project Partner Before Each Of The 51 Planned Cross-Border Events. These Meetings Will Be Held At The Headquarters Of Pw (Poland), Pp (Slovakia) Or Directly At The Event Implementation Sites.J) Ensuring Full Communication In Slovak And Bilingualism (Translation Of Pl/Sk Documents) In The Management And Settlement Of The Project.K) Active Participation In Project Controls, Also In The Period Of Up To 5 Years After Its Completion.L) Maintaining The Wcag 2.1 Accessibility Standard In All Substantive And Digital Products.M) The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee For The Service Provided For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Approval By The Joint Secretariat Of The Final Project Payment Application.
