The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Manufacturers Support For The Active Devices Of The Cisco Aci Network (Or An Equivalent Solution), Which Includes: 1) The Purchase Of Manufacturers Support For The Active Devices Of The Cisco Aci Network Owned By The Ordering Party, Listed In Appendix 1 To The Swz, For A Period Of 12 Months, Providing The Ordering Party With Access To The Manufacturers Services, In Particular Software Updates, Security Patches And Technical Support, 2) Provision Of Post-Warranty Service And Technical Support Services Of The Contractor For Active Devices Of The Network Including Hardware And The Ordering Partys Standard Software Listed In Appendix No. 1 To The Swz, Including Ensuring Efficient Execution Of Service Requests, Support In The Analysis And Removal Of Failures, And Ongoing Technical Advice On System Operation, In Particular In Cases Requiring Cooperation With The Manufacturer.
