Save the Children International in Iraq is inviting submissions of tenders for a contract to provide the following products: Engineering consultancy services for the GROW Project: technical site/building assessments, climate vulnerability and passive-cooling analysis, and climate-resilient retrofit design for four schools in Basra and Dhi-Qar, Iraq. Deliverables include an Inception Report, Technical Assessment Report, and school-level Bills of Quantities/cost estimates, per the attached TOR and pricing Annex.
