Winter Road Maintenance In The City And Commune Of Pszczyna In The 2026/2027 Season Includes Snow Removal And Combating Winter Slipperiness On Roads (Roads, Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths, Bus And Parking Bays), Parking Lots, And Removal (Removal) Of Snow From Indicated Places, As Well As Street Sweeping After The Winter Period. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, I.E. The Detailed Technical Specification. Winter Road Maintenance Services In The City Of Pszczyna Will Be Provided With Plow Carriers, In Accordance With The Submitted Offer. 4. The Ordering Party Requires The Installation In The Technical Space Of Plow Carriers And Sandblaster Carriers That Will Perform Work In The City Of Pszczyna, As Well As Locating Devices Transmitting Current And Archival Information About The Vehicles Position And Its Identifier From The Last 60 Days. The Locating Device Must Ensure Buffering Of Location Data In The Event Of A Lack/Loss Of Gsm Coverage And Their Transmission Immediately After The Connection Is Restored. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Access Data For The Plow Carrier Location System Before The Start Of The Service. If Necessary, The Contractor Will Ensure Training Of The Ordering Partys Employee In The Use Of The Program. 5. The Contractor Will Provide An Appropriate Amount Of Snow Removal And Anti-Slippery Equipment And An Appropriate Number Of People With Appropriate Authorizations Necessary To Complete The Order. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Base In The Pszczyna Commune Equipped With: A) A Hardened, Fenced Area For Storing Roughening Materials And Chemicals In A Way That They Are Protected Against The Influence Of Moisture In Specially Prepared Warehouses So That They Do Not Lead To Degradation Of The Natural Environment. The Warehouse Should Be Located Close To Maintained Roads So That Their Location Does Not Cause Delays In The Operation Of Equipment On The Roads. Materials Stored In The Warehouse Should Have Roofs. The Contractor Will Report (Readiness) - The Location Of The Equipment And Material Warehouse 7 Days Before The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. B) Dispatch Point (Open Throughout The Duration Of The Service). The Dispatcher Should Have Access To Information About The Actual Location Of The Vehicles And Have Direct Communication With Each Of The Plow/Sand Spreader Operators And With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Organize The Base And Equipment No Later Than November 20, 2025. 7. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Is Obliged To Purchase And Store An Appropriate Amount Of Chemical And Roughening Materials To Combat Slipperiness. A Supply Of Materials For Eliminating Winter Slipperiness Must Ensure Continuity Of Work Related To Winter Maintenance
