The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Reagents For The Abl 90Flex Plus Analyzers Owned By The Ordering Party. The Subject Of The Order Consists Of 1 Part. 2. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Estimated Quantities And The Method Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The Annexes To The Terms Of Reference (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz), Namely: 1) Attachment. No. 1 - Assortment And Price Form, 2) Attachment. No. 3 – Draft Contract. The Contractor Attaches Appendix No. 1 To The Swz To The Offer. By Completing The Indicated Items In Annex 1 To The Swz, The Contractor Confirms That It Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 3. The Maximum Delivery Time For A Partial Order Is Up To 5 Business Days (Taking Into Account Further Provisions Of The Swz - The Delivery Date Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers). 4. The Offered Items Must Be Complete, Of A High Standard Both In Terms Of Quality And Functionality, And Free From Material, Construction And Legal Defects. 5. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Approved For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. 6. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Devices), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. 8. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Impose The Requirements Referred To In Art. 96 Of The Public Procurement Law.
