The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High Metane Type E Natural Gas For The Needs Of The City Of Tomaszów Lubelski For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of An Agreement Containing Provisions For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Contract) And Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. 2.
