Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties And A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Supraśl Commune. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Task Consisting In The Provision Of The Service Of Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste From Owners Of Real Estate Where Residents Live, Located In The Supraśl Commune, As Well As Collecting And Transporting Municipal Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Supraśl Commune. The Service Should Be Provided In A Way That Ensures Achievement Of Appropriate Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods, And Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill. 1) The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Systematic Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste (Regardless Of Its Quantity) Mixed And Collected Selectively From Real Estate Where Residents Live, Including The Collection And Transport Of Post-Christmas Christmas Trees From Residential Real Estate, In Accordance With The Schedule Agreed With The Ordering Party And The Frequency Of Removal Specified In This Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz). B) Systematic Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok) At Ul. Zielona 5 In Supraśl. C) Transfer For Management To The Municipal Installations Of The City Of Białystok Specified In Chapter Iv Of The Opz, Appropriate For A Given Waste Fraction. D) Selective Collection Of The Following Municipal Waste Fractions From Residential Properties: Paper, Metals, Plastics, Multi-Material Packaging, Glass, Biodegradable Waste (Including Bio-Waste, As Well As Waste In The Form Of Tree And Shrub Branches And Other Plant Residues Bundled), Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment, Bulky Waste And Used Tires. E) Collection, Removal And Transfer For Processing Of Waste Delivered By Residents To Pszok In Supraśl. Waste Will Be Collected After The Completion Of Pszoks Work In Accordance With Chapter Ii Section 5 Opz. F) Equipping The Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point With Containers In Accordance With Chapter Ii, Section 5 Opz. G) Providing Bags For Selective Waste Collection In Four Colors (Blue, Green, Yellow And Brown), Described In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 10, 2021 On The Method Of Selective Collection Of Selected Waste Fractions (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 906); The Contractor Provides Bags For Selective Waste Collection In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Opz. H) Providing Containers For Selective Waste Collection. The Contractor Does Not Provide Containers For Mixed Waste And Containers For Selective Waste Collection Directly To Residents. The Contractor Provides Containers For Selective Waste Collection Only To The Extent Specified In The Opz And Is Obliged To Place Them In Places Agreed With The Ordering Party. I) Carrying Out All Activities Related To The System Of Electronic Recording And Confirmation Of Waste Receipt From Property Owners Referred To In Chapter
