The Object Of Procurement Is The Maintenance Service Of The Voice And Customer Service Platforms And The Additional Services, Products And Licenses Related To The Platform In Accordance With The Conditions Presented In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices. Voice And Customer Service Solutions Mainly Consist Of Products Offered By The Mitel Group, Including Several Switchboard And Contact Center Systems As Well As Other Solutions Related To Fixed Switchboard Services. The Object Of The Acquisition Is Described In More Detail In The Appendices. The Customer Has The Right To Purchase The Object Of Procurement Also As Part Of Its Own Service Production, With Which The Service Is Produced For The Customers Customers. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Find A Cost-Effective Supplier For Istekki Oy (Hereinafter Also The Customer And Procurement Unit) To Maintain, Expand And Develop The Existing Voice And Customer Service Systems. The Customer Chooses One (1) Supplier With Whom It Will Enter Into A Contract. The Procurement Contract Must Be Used Only By Istekki, And Only Istekki And The Selected Supplier Are Parties To The Resulting Contract. The Purchase Quantities Presented In The Procurement Documents Are Estimates, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer.
