Tenders are invited for Project Coordinator Closing Date: Sunday, 30. Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Conflict Resolution, Peace & Security Remuneration range: 1000 to 2000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 7 months The Permanent Peace Movement (PPM) is currently implementing a project on women-led mediation in five Palestinian Refugee Camps in partnership with UN Women. The project aims to increase ability of the Women and men in Palestinian Refugee camps in Lebanon to take peace and humanitarian actions that provide relief and that ensure non-recurrence of violence in their communities. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Under the overall supervision of the PPM Representative and in close collaboration with UN Women the project Coordinator will be responsible on the following tasks for 140 days over 7 months (max 20 days per month): Prepare narrative reports and submit the deliverables Providing support to the organization in workshops, seminars, and meetings. Undertaking project tasks as required. Assist in implementation of project activities in accordance with the work plan. Assist in procurement processes for conference/seminar services or other procurement actions foreseen in projects. Providing administrative support as needed. Collect, compile and organize background materials, documents and other materials for meetings. Compile project reports. Maintain the project filing system. Support implementation of project-related communication activities. Liaising and establishing contact with interviewees, participants, relevant partners and stakeholders, including governmental, governorates, NGOs, academia, research centers, trainers, for maximizing the effectiveness of expected results Representing PPM in relevant activities, meetings, seminars, workshops, panels, workshops, committees... Essential requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent related to administration, business, or other relevant fields. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience working with NGOs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate. Excellent oral and written communication in Arabic and English Knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Word, and Excel. Self-motivated and able to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain flexibility and professional approach. How to apply HOW TO APPLY: Interested candidates must submit a cover letter and CV.
