We work in partnership with public and private schools, universities, community organizations, the private sector, and development partners to reach and support youth across Lebanon. ABOUT STEP UP The Step-Up regional program is designed to support 36 marginalized youth working in cultural, creative, and crafts-related fields across Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine. The program aims to turn artistic, digital, and technical skills into realistic, community-based livelihood opportunities through structured online learning and applied on-the-job training. Overview INJAZ Lebanon is looking for an expert Lead Trainer to deliver Package 2 of the Step-Up program. The trainer will facilitate a 5-day online track (3 hours per day / 15 hours total) for 36 creative participants split into two groups. This role focuses on building financial literacy, budgeting, costing, pricing, and fundraising capacity tailored to project-based creative work. Scope of Work The Package 2 Trainer will be responsible for the following activities: A. Technical Instruction & Curriculum Delivery Financial Literacy: Teach income/expense tracking, profit, cash flow, and managing irregular or project-based creative income. Budgeting & Costing: Guide participants through direct, indirect, fixed, and variable costs, pricing models, commission management, and activity budgeting. Fundraising Strategy: Explain grants, sponsorships, crowdfunding, in-kind support, and case-for-support writing. B. Mentorship & Individual Support Mentoring 1-on-1 Financial Mentoring: Provide 12 hours of personalized financial mentoring per participant to review customized tracking tools, finalized project budgets, costing/pricing models, cash-flow instruments, funding maps, and sponsorship applications. This individualized support is estimated to total 50 hours across the 36 participants. Template Adaptation: Facilitate learning through mobile-compatible, phone-accessible Arabic financial tools. C. Documentation & Reporting Assessment Management: Administer pre- and post-tests focused on financial literacy and budgeting capability. Daily Records: Collect verified trainer and participant attendance sheets. Final Handover: Submit session recordings, participant financial plans, and a comprehensive trainer report within 10 working days.
