Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development 2 Scope of work: Amel under its Education program is looking for an Arabic, English and Math Curriculum Developer Consultants to develop the Arabic, English and Math content for ABLN module after approval by the LDU; The Curriculum Designer will be responsible for developing the required component of the Adult Basic Literacy and Numeracy (ABLN) curriculum for adult learners. The Curriculum Designer will develop the curriculum and learning materials following a needs and competency analysis, in close coordination with the Learning Development Unit (LDU) and relevant field colleagues. The Curriculum Designer will work closely with the LDU to ensure that the curriculum is learner-centered, age-appropriate for adults, practical, inclusive, and responsive to different numeracy levels and learning needs.
