Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Six (06) Boreholes in the Municipality of Bourasso (Municipal Budget). Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information and consult the request for quotations dossier free of charge at the Bourasso Town Hall offices (Public Procurement Officer) or by calling 79-27-65-42 on any working day between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM. 8. Any eligible candidate interested in this notice must collect a complete set of the request for quotations dossier from the Public Procurement Officer at the Bourasso Town Hall upon presentation of a payment receipt for the dossier. The non-refundable fee is twenty thousand (20,000) CFA francs per lot, payable to the revenue officer of the Bourasso Town Hall, located at the Bourasso CSPS (Health and Social Promotion Center). 9. Bids, submitted in one original and three (03) copies in accordance with the specific data of the request for quotations, and accompanied by a bid security in the form of a declaration of guarantee or a financial guarantee amounting to four hundred and twenty thousand (420,000) CFA Francs for Lot 1 and three hundred and forty thousand (340,000) CFA Francs for Lot 2, must be delivered to the address of the Public Procurement Officer at the Bourasso Town Hall no later than 9:00 AM on August 31, 2026. The bids will be opened immediately in Bourasso in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend. 10. In the event of submission by post or other courier service, the Public Procurement Officer shall not be held liable for the non-receipt of the bid submitted by the bidder. 11. Bidders shall remain bound by their bids for a period of seventy (70) calendar days, commencing on the bid submission date as specified in point 16 of the Instructions to Bidders (IC) and the Specific Data (DPDPX). 12. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives wishing to attend the opening session on August 31, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the Bourasso CSPS (Health and Social Promotion Center).
