Request for proposals for Financial Statement for ACAR. The objective of this engagement is to appoint a qualified audit firm to audit WCS Cambodias financial statements and then submit the audited report to ACAR in accordance with Prakas No. 010 NCS dated 15 March 2022. The selected firm shall also provide advisory service and support for the preparation and submission of the Annual Income Tax declaration to the General Department of Taxation (GDT) in accordance with Prakas No. 464 MEF.Prk-2018 as it is the first time for WCS. The fiscal year expenses budget will be 11 million. Location for engagement will be in WCS Cambodia program in Phnom Penh office.
