Tenders are invited for Procurement of Office Equipment (IT Equipment) for the Project Management Unit: Laptop Computers (17) Tablets A3 Colour Laser Printers Photocopy Machine (Multi functional) Multimedia Projector with Screen Desktop Computers (i7) External Hard Drive (1 TB or above) UPS. Bids shall be valid for a period of 49 days from the date of deadline for submission of bids. A non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000/- Shall be paid for each bid, payable to the Director, THRIVE project. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs.100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand only) addressed to the Project Director (THRIVE Project) W.P, 204, 11th Floor, Denzil Kobbekaduwa Mawatha, Battaramulla as per the format given in Section IV of the Bidding Document. Bid Security shall be valid for 77 days after the deadline for bid submission. Any bid not accompanied by a valid Bid Security will be rejected.
