The North Karelia Procurement Agency Requests An Offer For The Audio Services For Senior Dances Of Joensuu High Schools For The Year 2027 And The Possibility Of Extending The Contract Indefinitely. The Senior Dances Are Held Annually In February At Joensuu Areena. About 500 Dancers And About 3,000 Spectators Participate In The Event. The Grandstand And Field Areas Of Joensuu Areena Are Shown In The Floor Plan Of The Arena Attached To The Request For Tenders. The Nature Of The Event Places Special Demands On The Sound Reproduction, As The Music Must Be Heard Simultaneously And With Uniform Quality Both In The Large Dance Area And In The Stands. In Addition, Speaking Parts And Announcements Must Be Clearly Audible Throughout The Event Area. The Offer Is Binding And Must Be Written In Finnish. The Entire Procurement Process Is In Finnish. The Equipment, Structures And Services Must Comply With The Directly Binding Regulations Of The European Union, Finnish Laws And Regulations, And Regulations Issued By The Authorities, Among Other Things, Regarding Structures, Equipment, Work And Fire Safety, And Electrical Safety. The Tenderer Must Mark The Location Of The Sound Reproduction Technology Used In The Event On The Floor Plan And Submit A Plan As Part Of Their Offer. The Contract Based On This Procurement Can Also Be Used For The Procurement Of Sound Reproduction And Event Technology Services For Other Events Organized By The City Of Joensuu Or Implemented In Cooperation With The City During The Contract Period. The Customer Is Not Committed To A Specific Purchase Quantity. Any Additional Orders Are Carried Out Based On The Prices And Conditions In Accordance With The Request For Quotation And The Contract.
