**This Is Not A Call For Competition**This Process Does Not Constitute A Formal Tender Or Other Competitive Bidding Process And Will Not Result In The Letting Of A Contract.Leicester City Council Held A Market Engagement Event For The High Dependency Intermediate Care (Hd) Service Model On Tuesday 18Th August 2026 From 11Am Until 12:30Pm. The Purpose Of This Event Was For Providers To Gain An Early Understanding Of The Proposed Model, Ask Questions, And Prepare For Participation In The Forthcoming Tender Process.Following This Event We Wanted To Share The Slides Presented And A Summary Of The Meeting For Interested Providers To Review. As Advised During The Session We Are Open To Questions And Further Discussions From Providers To Help Us Shape This Forthcoming Tender Process. Therefore, We Would Invite Providers Who Do Have Any Questions To Express An Interest In This Advert Which Will Then Allow Them To Raise Any Questions Via The Portals Messaging Function. These Questions Will Be Reviewed And Responses Will Be Shared With All Providers In A Message On The Portal, Providers Wanting To Review Any Questions Asked And Their Answers Will Also Need To Register An Interest To View These. This Function Will Be Available Until 12 Noon On Friday 4Th September 2026, Therefore We Ask Providers To Raise Any Questions As Soon As Possible. Please Note Once The Tender Is Live We Are Looking To Hold A Bidder Information Session On 22Nd September 2026, Giving Providers Another Opportunity To Raise Any Questions Following The Release Of The Tender Documents. It Is Anticipated That Tenders Would Be Sought In Mid-September For An Anticipated Contract Start Date Of 1St April 2027, Immediately After The End Of Our Current Contract Providing Discharge To Assess High Dependency Rrr Residential Service To Leicester And Leicestershire.
