Rfp 2026-1724 Request For Proposals For As Needed Project Management/Construction Management Services

The Board Of Education Of School District #38 (Richmond) (The “District”) Is Inviting Proposals For An As-Needed Construction Management Firm (The “Construction Manager”) To Work With The District, Its Consultants And Trade Contractors In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Outlined Herein On An As-Needed Basis For A Period Of Three (3) Years.In Order To Improve Our Ability To Deliver Projects Contained In Our Annual $4-6 Million Facilities Renewal & Upgrade Program (Frup), The District Is Seeking A Suitable Firm To Work With The Richmond Project Team And District Maintenance Staff To Deliver Assigned Projects, Typically In The $5,000 To $500,000 Range But Could Be As High As $2,500,000, In A Timely, Cost Effective Fashion Without Having To Issue A Separate Rfp For Each Project. There Is No Guarantee As To The Number, Size Or Complexity Of Projects That Would Be Assigned To The Construction Manager In A Given Year As Provincial And Local District Funding Can Vary As Can The Types Of Projects Contained In The Annual Frup.
