The Ministry Of Tourism, Arts, Culture And Sport, Mountain Resorts Branch Is Looking To Complete A Wildfire Risk Reduction Treatment At Kicking Horse Mountain Resort Covering An Area Of Approximately 17.6 Hectares To Meet Specific Wildfire Behaviour Objectives. The Services Required For This Project Include Implementing Fuel Management Treatments Across Three Treatment Units, Consisting Of Manual Danger Tree Assessment And Removal, Pruning, Thinning From Below, Brushing, Surface Fuel Reduction, Debris Piling, Chipping And Pile Burning In Accordance With The Fuel Management Prescription. All Services Are To Be Complete By March 31, 2027. Other Details As To The Scope Of This Opportunity And The Requirements Can Be Found Within This Rfp.
