Twc Seeks A Qualified Respondent To Provide A Comprehensive Package Of Conference Services, To Include Conference Meeting Space, Food And Beverage Services, Audio Visual Equipment And On-Site Support, Daily Parking Options For Attendees, And A Block Of Guestrooms For Approximately Twenty (20) Twc Staff Members.Estimated Attendance Is Approximately Three Hundred Fifty To Six Hundred (350 – 600) Attendees For The One (1) Day Conferences In San Antonio, Horseshoe Bay And Arlington Or Their Respective Surrounding Areas, And Six Hundred To Eight Hundred (600 – 800) Attendees For The Two (2) Day Conference In The Houston Area.97130-Hotel/Motel Accommodations (Incl.
