The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Cover The Udis (Contractors) Needs For Delivery, Establishment, Rent And Possibly Purchase Of Modular Barracks, As Well As The Rental Of Containers And Mobile Wagons, For The National Arrivals Centre, To Ensure Sufficient Capacity For Temporary Accommodation And Support Functions Over Time. A Contract Must Be Entered Into With One Supplier. The Contract Consists Of A Main Delivery And Options. Main Delivery: Includes The Rental Of A Total Of 23 Barracks/Module Units Of Approx. 18–20 Sq M. The Delivery Consists Of: 20 Barracks For Living And Accommodation Purposes, Established In One Plan 3 Barracks For Guard/Watchman Purposes, Which Are To Be Connected To One Modular Solution The Barracks Included In The Main Delivery Are Intended To Cover A More Permanent Need And Must Satisfy Relevant Requirements In Tek17 For Permanent Residence. Rental Periods Of Up To 8 Years Are Considered. Option 1 - Other Rental: The Client Has The Right, But Not The Obligation, To Rent Additional Barracks And Modules If Necessary. The Option Includes, Among Other Things:• Standard Modules (18-20 M2), With Requirements To Meet The Relevant Requirements In Tek17 For Permanent Residence.• Standard Modules (18-20 M2), Without Requirements To Meet Tek17• Storage And Freezer Containers,• Mobile Wagons, Including Hse And Sanitary Wagons,• Light Houses The Barracks On The Option Are, Among Other Things, Intended To Be Used For Accommodation, Guard/Signer Purposes, Administration And Other Support Functions. The Rental Periods Will Vary And Are Normally Expected To Be From 6 Months To 4 Years, Depending On The Type Of Unit And The Clients Needs. Option 2 - Purchase Of Barracks From The Main Delivery: The Client Has The Right, But Not The Obligation, To Buy (Buy Out) Barracks That Are Part Of The Main Delivery.
