Subject Of The Public Procurement: Delivery Of Electrical Appliances For The Needs Of The Executive Agency Military Clubs And Military Recreation By Specific Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1 - Supply Of Electrical Appliances For The Needs Of Td-Sofia; Separate Position No. 2 - Supply Of Electrical Appliances For The Needs Of Td-Plovdiv; Separate Position No. 3 - Supply Of Electrical Appliances For The Needs Of Td-Varna; Separate Position No. 4 - Supply Of Electrical Appliances For The Needs Of Td-Burgas; Separate Position No. 5 - Supply Of Electrical Appliances For The Needs Of Lozenets Residence; Separate Position No. 6 - Supply Of Electrical Appliances For The Needs Of The Banishora Military Hostel. A Complete Description Of The Needs By Type, Technical Characteristics And Quantity, By Specific Items, As Well As The Specific Requirements Are Contained In The Attached Technical Specifications Of The Contracting Authority For The Order - Appendix No. 1 And Appendix No. 2, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. With The Present Procedure, Individual Items From No. 1 To No. 4 And Individual Item No. 6 Of The Public Procurement Will Be Awarded. The Participants In The Procedure Can Submit Offers For One, For Several Or For All Selected Items From No. 1 To No. 4 And Selected Item No. 6 Of The Public Procurement. Each Individual Position Is The Subject Of A Separate Public Procurement Contract. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Assigns A Separate Position No. 5 In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. Pursuant To The Mentioned Provision, Contracting Authorities May Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464 (Eur 79,998.77) Excluding Vat For Supplies And Services And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement Is Eur 102,605.04 Excluding Vat. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 5: Supply Of Electrical Appliances For The Needs Of Residence Lozenets Is Up To 16,370.00 Euros Without Vat And Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. No Bids Should Be Submitted Under This Procedure For Specific Item No. 5 Of The Order.
