The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Consulting Services For The Defense Innovation Center Under Two Separate Positions, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Expert Services For Analysis, Forecasting And Management Of Innovation Activities And Partnerships In The Field Of Dual-Use Technologies And Separate Position No. 2: Expert Services For The Protection Of Intellectual Property. Bids For Participation Will Be Freely Submitted By All Interested Parties Only For Designated Position No. 1. Full Information On The Scope And Scope Of The Public Procurement Is Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification For The Specific Item, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. Separate Position No. 2 Expert Services For The Protection Of Intellectual Property Is Not Subject To Award Through This Public Procurement, Since It Will Be Awarded According To The Order Of Individual And Value On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Namely By Collecting Offers Under Art. 20, Para. 3, Item 2 Of The Civil Code.
