The Ministry, General Secretariat Of The Presidency Hereinafter And Interchangeably The Ministry Or Minsegpres, Requires The Acquisition Of Freshdesk Omni Pro Licenses For 16 Agents And Freshservice Pro Licenses For 10 Agents, Or An Equivalent Or Superior Solution That Fully Complies With The Functionalities And Technical Requirements Established In These Bases, With The Purpose Of Strengthening Citizen Service, Optimizing The Management Of Information Technology Requirements And Services, Improving The Traceability Of Actions, Supporting Operational Continuity. Of The Ministrys Platforms And Have Access To The Updates, Support And Functionalities Of The Licensing During The Term Of The Contract, In Order To Better And More Efficiently Carry Out The Tasks And Functions Of This Ministry.
