Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Acting As An Investor Supervision Inspector For The Construction Of Small Lowland Retention Facilities (Mrn3) In The Świerklaniec Forest District. The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare A Report For The Design Documentation And To Act As An Investor Supervision Inspector For The Construction Of Small Lowland Retention Facilities (Mrn3) In The Świerklaniec Forest District, Described In The Swz. The Scope Of Work Includes: 1) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Activities Of An Investors Supervision Inspector Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law. 2) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Inspect And Provide Written Opinions On All Elements Produced In The Design Process Provided By The Designer Executing The Order For The Design Documentation. 3) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Actively Participate In Meetings And Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party During The Preparation Of The Design Documentation And During The Implementation Of Construction Works, As Well As In Financial Settlements And Inspections Carried Out By Entities Consulting And Financing Investments And Public Administration Bodies; 4) As Part Of The Supervision Over The Proper Execution Of The Design Documentation, The Supervision Inspector Will Be Obliged To Prepare A Report Within 14 Days Of The Submission Of The Complete Design Documentation By The Ordering Party; 5) At The Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Written Opinions On Inquiries To The Swz And To Participate In The Substantive Evaluation Of Offers Submitted As Part Of The Proceedings For The Preparation Of Design Documentation And The Implementation Of Construction Works. 6) If Defects Or Inaccuracies Are Found In The Design Documentation, Before The Commencement Of Construction Or During Its Implementation, Or If It Is Necessary To Introduce Changes In The Documentation In Order To Use Other Construction Solutions Or Other Materials Than Those Initially Provided For In The Design Documentation Or In Order To Achieve Savings And Reduce Costs, The Supervision Inspector Should Submit A Written Request To The Ordering Party To Introduce Changes Or Corrections In The Documentation; 7) The Duties Of The Investors Supervision Inspector During The Construction Period, In Particular At The Stage Of Construction Works, Include: A) Participation In The Protocol Handover Of The Construction Site To The Contractor Of Construction Works; B) Personal Stay At The Investment Implementation Site And Ongoing Representation Of The Ordering Party At The Construction Site, Checking Compliance Of Its Implementation With The Law, Provisions Of The Contract And The Project. The Inspectors Working Time Should Be Adjusted To The Working Time Of The Contractor. In The Event Of Urgent Need, The Contractor Is Obliged To Appear At The Construction Site No Later Than Within 48 Hours Of Receiving Information By Telephone Or E-Mail; C) Organizing Supervision In A Way That Ensures Timely Acceptance Of Works And Technical Tests, Eliminating The Possibility Of Delays In Implementation; D) Issuing Orders And Instructions To The Contractor Of Construction Works In Order To Properly And Reliably Perform The Works Specified In The Contract; E) Checked
