Comue Lyon Saint Etienne Is Carrying Out In The Name And On Behalf Of The Cnsmd Of Lyon The Rehabilitation Of The Saone Building, And Its Extension With A View To The Construction Of A Modular Room (Auditorium). The Archaeological Diagnosis Of This Area Has Been Carried Out And It Reveals The Presence Of Significant Archaeological Remains. In View Of The Conclusions Of This Diagnosis, The Prefect, By Order No. 2026-641 Of July 3, 2026, Prescribed The Carrying Out Of Preventive Excavations Prior To The Development Of The Said Area. The Business Consultation File (Dce) Includes In Particular The Specifications Of Special Administrative Clauses (Ccap), The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses And Its Annexes, In Particular The Scientific Specifications (Ccs). The Latter Specifies The Scope, Objectives And Content Of The Preventive Excavation Mission. The Purpose Of This Contract Is Therefore To Carry Out Preventive Archaeological Excavations.
