The Subject Of The Tender Is The Supply Of Electrical Energy To A Total Of 31 Acceptance Points Of The Zollverein Foundation In Essen. The Total Forecast Annual Consumption Is Approximately 3,345,461 Kwh. The Specified Consumption Quantity Is Based On The Available Billing And Consumption Data And Does Not Represent A Binding Obligation To Purchase. The Details Of The Collection Points, The Forecast Consumption Quantities, The Price Model And The Contractual Requirements Can Be Found In The Service Description, The Delivery Point List And The Price Sheet. Delivery Begins On January 1St, 2027. The Basic Term Ends On December 31, 2028; The Client Can Extend The Contract Twice For Another Year Each Time Until December 31, 2030 At The Latest.
