The Tender Exclusively Covers The Laying And Processing Of The Tile Coverings, Including All Necessary Laying And Sealing Materials. The Ceramic Wall, Floor, Mosaic And Base Tiles Are Delivered On Site And Are Available To The Contractor For Processing. The Contractor Must Deliver The Delivered Tiles To The Respective Installation Locations Within The Building, Lay Them Professionally And Dispose Of All Packaging Materials. As Part Of This Service, All Sealing, Laying And Connection Work For Ceramic Wall And Floor Coverings In The Fire Department Building Must Be Carried Out. The Work Includes The Production Of Composite Seals In Accordance With Din 18534 In Shower, Sanitary, Washroom And Wet Areas, The Laying Of Wall And Floor Tiles Including Mosaic Coverings, Cove Bases, Base Tiles As Well As The Formation Of All Necessary Connection, Movement And Silicone Joints. In Addition, Substrate Preparation, Filling And Leveling Work, Scaffolding, Cutouts For Installations, Sealing Of Floor Drains And Drainage Channels As Well As Various Natural Stone And Building Board Work Must Be Carried Out. A Total Of Around 195 M² Of Wall Tiles, 694 M² Of Floor Tiles, 25 M² Of Mosaic Coverings In Shower Areas As Well As Extensive Base, Cove Base, Natural Stone Window Sill And Sealing Work Will Be Carried Out. The Services Include All Adhesives, Joints And Sealants As Well As All Ancillary Work For The Complete And Ready-To-Use Production Of The Tiled Surfaces.
