The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Training Services For Employees Of Education And Public Administration Units Improving Intercultural Competences. The Training Will Take Place In Connection With The Implementation Of The Pomeranian Welcome Center Project, Co-Financed By The European Union, Implemented Under The Asylum, Migration And Integration Fund 2021-2027, Specific Objective 2 - Legal Migration And Integration. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And In The Contract Template, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. The Law Applicable To This Order (Including The Contract Concluded As A Result Of These Proceedings And For The Assessment Of The Legal Effects Of All Documents In This Order) Is Polish Law, Taking Into Account European Union Law. 4. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party Refers To Standards, Approvals, Technical Specifications Or Reference Systems Or Indicates Trademarks, Parameters Or Sources Of Origin (Names Of Manufacturers Or Devices), In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. 5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials And Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used, Efficiency, Durability And Quality Are Not Inferior To The Quality Of The Materials And Products Described In The Swz. 6. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. 8. Subcontracting: 1) The Contractor May Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor(S). 2) In Connection With The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks Of The Order. 3) The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Contract To Subcontractors, The Contractor Must Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Contract The Performance Of Which It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If They Are Already Known) The Names Of These Subcontractors. 4) Entrusting Parts To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For Proper Performance Of The Contract. 9. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law. 10. The Ordering Party, Acting Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 And 2 Of The Act Informs That It Requires Employment By The Contractor
