The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Provide The Ukk With Needs-Based Support In The Planning, Control And Implementation Of Digitalization Measures As Well As The Optimization Of Laboratory And Clinic-Related Processes. The Order Is Placed On A Project-Related Basis By Means Of Individual Calls Based On Person Days (Pt). The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular: Taking Over Project Management And Project Control Including Project Planning, Project Controlling, Reporting, Decision Templates, Coordination Of The Project Team And Control Of Complex Multi-Projects, Technical Support Of Procurement And Award Procedures (Without Legal Advice), In Particular Preparation Of Specifications And Lists Of Services, Carrying Out Market Analyses, Development Of Technical Suitability And Evaluation Criteria, Support Of Bidder Discussions, Technical Tender Evaluation Including Award Recommendations As Well As Advice On The Initiation And Conception Of New Purchases, Analysis, Optimization And Digitalization Of Clinical And Laboratory-Related Processes, Including Current Analysis, Development Of Target Processes, Creation Of Action And Implementation Concepts As Well As Support In The Creation Of Process Guidelines, Work Instructions And Operating Concepts.
