Imaging Equipment For Medical, Dental And Veterinary Use - Purchase And Delivery Of A Computer Tomograph As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project Titled Equipment Of The Integrated Operating Theater In The Provincial Hospital In Kielce. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Commissioning Of A Computed Tomography Scanner Along With Dedicated Equipment And Software, As Well As Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In The Following Stages: Stage I - Delivery And Installation By The Contractor Of The Device And Equipment. Stage Ii - Cooperation Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party In Obtaining All Required Acceptances, Opinions, Arrangements And Approvals, In Particular Those Resulting From The Provisions Of Construction Law, Sanitary Law, Radiological Protection Law And Other Relevant Regulations. As Part Of The Implementation Of Stage Ii, The Ordering Party Expects To Obtain A Positive Decision Authorizing The Use Of The Ct Laboratory And The Device, And Then, After Obtaining The Appropriate Decision, The Device Will Be Launched. Stage Iii - Implementation Of Specialized Training For The Indicated Staff Of The Ordering Party And Performance Of Obligations Arising From The Granted Warranty And Warranty For The Device.
