The Supplier Must Ensure Timely Delivery Of Diesel Fuel To Heating Boilers Within 15 Calendar Days Using Specialized Vehicles (Fuel Tanker) According To The Customer’S Needs Approved By The Schedule. Since Diesel Fuel Is Included In The List Of Dangerous Goods Of Class 3, The Supplier Must Deliver In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Order Of The Acting Minister For Investment And Development Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan Dated April 17, 2015 No. 460-On Approval Of The Rules For The Transportation Of Dangerous Goods By Road And The List Of Dangerous Goods Allowed For Transportation By Vehicles On The Territory Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan. Technical Requirements Guarantee Of Fire Safety In The Building Area. The Potential Supplier Must Provide A Guarantee On The Quality Of The Supplied Diesel Fuel.
