In Connection With The Clearance Of The Former Mitholz Ammunition Depot, Extensive Construction Work Will Be Carried Out Over The Next 20 Years. The Project Perimeter Is Located On A Contaminated Site Registered In The Vbss Register Of Contaminated Sites (Kbs Vbs). To Protect Groundwater And Surface Water, Continuous Water Monitoring Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Monitoring Concept (Supplement To The Specifications). This Includes, Among Other Things, Regular Sampling And Field Parameter Measurements In Groundwater Measuring Points, Springs And Rivers With Subsequent Laboratory Analysis. Depending On Construction Progress And The Need For Intervention, Additional Measurements And Samples Will Be Carried Out. In Addition, Additional Investigations May Be Necessary For Hydrogeological And Contaminated Site Legal Issues. The Subject Of The Tender Is Field Work For Water Monitoring As Well As For Additional Hydrogeological And Contaminated Site-Relevant Investigations In The Period 2027-2037. The Services Include In Particular: • Pumping And Scooping Sampling In Groundwater Measuring Points And Piezometers; • Sampling And Discharge Measurements At Springs And Rivers; • Recording Field Parameter, Level And Water Level Measurements; • Coordination Of Sample Analysis With The Commissioned Laboratories; • Coordination Of The Work With The Affected Specialist Mandates Of The Cross-Sectional Topic Qt91 Technical Investigations And Environmental Management. The Focus Of The Order Is To Carry Out A Measurement And Sampling Campaign In Accordance With Basic Monitoring (Appendix 1) Every Seven Months With Alternating 19 Or 39 Measuring Points (16 Piezometers, 11 Springs, 9 Surface Waters) In The Period 2027 - 2037.
