The Objective Of The Framework Agreement Is To Cover The Contracting Authoritys Need For Runway De-Icing In A Liquid And Fixed Form, As Further Described In Annex B1 Requirement Specifications Point 3. The Framework Agreement Shall Ensure Stable Supply Of Runway De-Icing In Liquid And Fixed Form In Peace, Contingency Situations, Crisis, Armed Conflict And War.
