The Subject Of The Order Are The Services And Service Profiles Of The Hoai For The Following Planning Services To A General Planner: - Object Planning For Buildings And Interiors (§§ 33 Ff. Hoai), Service Phases 1 - 9 - Specialist Planning Of The Structural Planning (§§ 49 Ff. Hoai), Service Phases 1 - 6 The Client Initially Only Commissions The Service Phases 1 To 3 According To Hoai And Reserves The Right To Do The Other Service Phases Individually Or As A Whole To Commission Further. There Is No Entitlement To Further Orders, Nor Can This Result In Any Other Contractual Obligations For The Client. In The Event Of A Call, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Services, If Necessary Also In Stages Or Individually Or As A Whole.
