Urban Planning Services – Urban Planning Services Contract Through Project Competition With The Intervention Of A Jury For Obtaining Urban Proposals For Sustainable And Innovative Management Of Land To Be Included In The Scope Of Action Of The Urban Planning Consortium Leganés Norte, “Puerta De Madrid”, File Lgn_2026_Cs_02. The Essential Provision Of The Contract Is To Provide The Consortium With Urban Planning Proposals (Or Guiding Ideas At The Preliminary Project Level), Of High Quality, Which Reflect In Their Design The Strategies And Technical Criteria Of Sustainability And Innovation Most Conducive To The Urban Development Of The New Lands Under The Responsibility Of The Consortium, With A Sufficient Level Of Definition. Through The Intervention Of A Jury, The Proposals Presented May Be Evaluated And Selected According To The Criteria Established In The Specifications. This Project Competition May Give Rise, Where Appropriate, And In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 168.D) And 185.4 Of The Public Sector Contracts Law, To The Subsequent Award To One Of The Winners Of The Competition, After The Instruction Of A Contracting Procedure Negotiated Without Advertising, In Whose Negotiations All The Winners Will Be Invited To Participate, Of A Contract For Drafting Services And Support In The Administrative Processing Of The Planning Instrument Necessary To Establish The General And Detailed Urban Planning Of The New Development Scope.
