Prior Information Notice For Sports Facilities Operation Services – Sourcing Notice For The Project To Create A Bowling Alley As Part Of The Reopening And Requalification Of The City Of Colombes Ice Rink. The City Of Colombes Is Considering The Reopening And Requalification Of The Philippe Candeloro Ice Rink, Located In The Heart Of Pierre Lagravère Park, On The Banks Of The Seine. The Project Aims To Transform This Currently Closed Facility, By Decision Of The Municipal Council In 2022, Into A Sports, Leisure And Conviviality Center, Relying On The Proximity Of The Laure & Florent Manaudou Aquatic Center And Tennis Facilities. The Operation Firstly Provides For The Re-Glazing Of The Ice Rink, In Order To Allow The Resumption Of Figure Skating And Ice Hockey Activities And The Reception Of The General Public. This Rehabilitation Would Be Completed By A Diversification Of Activities, Including The Creation Of A Bowling Alley, The Installation Of An Outdoor Climbing Structure And The Development Of A Catering Offer, Thus Creating A Coherent Destination Center Combining Sport, Leisure, Relaxation And Catering, Accessible To Different Audiences. Prior To The Possible Launch Of The Required Consultation(S), Sourcing Is Organized On The Basis Of Articles R.2111-1 And R.2111-2 Of The Public Order Code, In Order To Assess The Interest In Creating A Bowling Alley On The Site And To Demonstrate Its Economic Opportunity. Operators Who Wish To Participate Are Invited To Download The Sourcing Regulations (And Its Annexes) On The Citys Dematerialization Platform (Http://Marchespublics.Colombes.Fr) And To Submit Their Responses Within The Expected Deadlines (Response Deadline: September 30, 2026 At 12:00 P.M.). All Information On The Progress Of Sourcing Is Indicated In These Sourcing Regulations. It Is Specified That A Non-Obligatory Visit Is Possible On September 3, 2026 And/Or September 9, 2026. The Terms Of This Visit And The Conditions To Be Met To Attend It Appear In The Sourcing Regulations. This Sourcing Will Be Accompanied By Face-To-Face Interviews In Order To Better Understand The Participants Responses. These Interviews Will Take Place In A Provisional And Estimated Manner In November 2026
