North Vancouver Recreation & Culture Commission (Nvrc) Is Inviting Qualified Contractors To Submit Offers For Various Roofing Replacement, Repair, And Maintenance Works At Four Nvrc Recreation Facilities In North Vancouver. The Work Includes The Removal And Replacement Of Existing Roofing Systems, Installation Of New Two-Ply Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing Systems And Cold-Fluid-Applied Membrane Systems, As Well As Targeted Roof Repairs And Related Drainage And Flashing Work. Mandatory Site Meeting Date & Time September 2, 2026, 8:00 Am Local Time The First Site Meeting Location Is At The Lobby Of Parkgate Community Centre Then In The Following Order Go To: Karen Magnussen Community Recreation Centre, Delbrook Community Recreation Centre And Finish At North Vancouver Tennis Centre.
