Plumbing, Gasfitting, Hvac And Preventive Mechanical Maintenance Services . Peace River School Division (Prsd) Invites Proposals From Qualified Businesses To Provide Plumbing, Gasfitting, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (Hvac) And Preventive Mechanical Maintenance Services For Designated Facilities In The Divisions West Service Area And For Manning Aurora Composite School In Manning. The Services Will Be Provided Under A One-Year Pilot Arrangement. The West Service Area Consists Of Schools And Teacherages Located In Fairview, Hines Creek, Worsley And Cleardale. Manning Aurora Composite School Is Geographically Separate From The West Service Area And May Be Proposed And Awarded As A Separate Service Area. The Intent Of The Pilot Is To Provide Reliable Day-To-Day, Preventive And Emergency Mechanical Service While Prsd Assesses The Effectiveness, Service Quality And Total Cost Of A Contracted Service-Delivery Model. The Agreement Will Not Include An Automatic Renewal. Prsd Will Review The Arrangement Before Determining Its Future Service Delivery Approach. The Successful Contractor Must Be Capable Of Coordinating And Delivering The Full Scope Of Services, Either Using Its Own Qualified Personnel Or Qualified Subcontractors. The Prime Contractor Will Remain Fully Responsible To Prsd For All Work Performed Under The Agreement.
