2026 Farm Upgrades - Invitation To Tender . The 2026 Farm Upgrades Project Includes The Construction Of Two (2) Stormwater Management Facilities (Swmf), Turn-Out Pen, Ditches, And The Reconstruction Of Select Granular Roadways At The Lakeland College Farm In Vermilion, Ab. The Work Generally Consists Of The Following: • Topsoil Stripping, • Excavation And Grading, • Installation Of Two (2) Control Structures, • Subgrade Preparation, • Culvert Installation, Including Rock-Rip Rap, • Granular Base Course Placement, • Topsoil Placement, And • Seed. The Work May Commence On September 15, 2026 And The Completion Date Shall Be June 30, 2027.
