System And Support Services – Providing Development And Maintenance Services For The Remote Education Service Of The Ministry Of Finance Atena 3. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Development And Maintenance Services For The Atena 3 Remote Education Service System Of The Ministry Of Finance, Where: 1) The Scope Of The Basic Order Includes: A) Performance By The Contractor For The Ordering Party Of Modifications To The System, Including The Provision Of New And Modernization Of Existing Functionalities Of The System In A Number Not Exceeding 400 Man-Days, Or For A Period Of 48 Months, Depending On Which Of The Above-Mentioned Events Occurs First, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Point 4 Opz, Including Conducting Trainings Of Up To 128 Teaching Hours In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Point 4 Of The Opz And Annex No. 7 To The Opz, Hereinafter Referred To As: Development Upon Request; B) Provision Of The System Maintenance Service By The Contractor To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Point 5 Of The Opz, Hereinafter Referred To As: System Maintenance. 2) The Scope Of The Order Under The Option Includes: A) Provision Of New And Modernization Of Existing Functionalities Of The System As Part Of Development On Request, In A Number Not Exceeding 400 Person-Days Or For A Period Not Longer Than The Date Of Completion Of The System Maintenance Service Under The Option, Depending On Which Of The Above-Mentioned Events Occurs First, In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Point 4 Of The Opz, Including The Provision Of Training Of Up To 50 Teaching Hours In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Point 4 Of The Opz And Annex No. 7 To Opz; B) Provision Of System Maintenance, In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Point 5 Of The Opz. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Volumes Ii And Iii Of The Swz.
