There Is A Total Volume Of Files To Be Digitized In Two Archive Rooms Of Approx. 240 Meters Of Paper Files (Approx. 16 M Of Folders (8Cm) And Approx. 220 M Of Hanging Files Of Various Sizes) With Approx. 19,000 Hanging Files And Folders With A Total Volume Of An Estimated 1.2 Million Sheets. When Viewed As A Whole, The Proportion Of Technical Drawings That Are Larger Than Din A3 Is Likely To Be A Maximum Of 2-3 Drawings Per File (Roughly Estimated Average).
