Stage I Includes: A) Demolition Of The Existing Underground Technical Infrastructure - Disabled Gas Installation - Gas Connection, Removal Of The Gas Connection, Removal Of Underground Infrastructure Elements Owned By The Investor, Such As External Installation Of Sanitary Sewage, Rainwater, Heat And Water Supply, Area Lighting, Removal Of A Fragment Of The Power Grid (Based On The Conditions For Removing The Conflict From The Network Operator); B) Demolition Of Buildings: K1, K2, K3 And K4 And Structures K5 And K6, Removal Of A Steel Fence With A Length Of Approx. 350 Meters On A Concrete Base, Existing Hardening Of The Area (Concrete Surface - Approx. 2000 M2), Existing Transformer Station, Located In Building No. K2 (Based On The Conditions For Removing The Collision From The Network Operator); Note: At The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Declaration Indicated In The Letter To The Ordering Party, Enea Will Perform Works Related To Powering The New Transformer Station Due To The Liquidation Of The Existing Station In The K2 Building Scheduled For Demolition. The Contractor Will Enable Enea To Perform The Works And Will Appropriately Protect The New Power Grids Against Damage During The Demolition Of The Existing Underground And Overhead Infrastructure. 2) Stage Ii - Construction Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings A And B, An Open Above-Ground Garage Along With Land Development And Construction Equipment, Along With An Accompanying Investment And Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Use Of New Buildings.
