Suleiman Avenue, Institutions & Research Cadastral Zone, Piwoyi, Airport Road, PMP 401, Abuja, Nigeria, upon submission of a written request and non-refundable payment of One hundred US Dollars (US$100) by Bank draft or cash made in favour of ECOWAS Commission, Abuja. 4. For Bidders outside Nigeria, the Bidding Document can be mailed to interested Bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee of One hundred US Dollars (US$100) only to ECOWAS Commission (transfer charges born by the bidder). In pursuance of Community human and financial capacity development within the ECOWAS Community, foreign firms that do not enter into joint venture agreement with Member States firms shall not be eligible to participate in a tender process where the contract is wholly financed by Community Funds. 6. Bids should be clearly marked PROVISION OF LANDSCAPING, GROUND MAINTENANCE & HORTICULTURAL SERVICES FOR THE NEW ECOWAS HEADQUARTERS, ABUJA, Do Not Open, Except in the Presence of the Procurement Committee and submitted on or before 11.00 am on Wednesday, 30th September, 2026 at the latest and should clearly indicate Bid Price, Delivery/Completion Period, Bid Validity etc. 9. Bids SHALL be valid for a period of 120 days after Bid Opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Security (ORIGINAL Bank Guarantee) in the sum of Six Thousand US Dollars (USD 6,000.00) or its equivalent in one of the currencies of the ECOWAS Member Countries. This Guarantee shall remain valid for thirty (30) days after the expiry of the bid validity period. 10.
