General Requirements The vehicle shall be a robust, multi-purpose sport utility vehicle (SUV) or equivalent designed for frequent operation in urban, rural, and remote environments. It shall be suitable for transporting personnel, training materials, and equipment over paved and unpaved roads under varying weather conditions. The vehicle may be new or pre-owned, if it: Is not more than 5 years old from the date of first registration. Has no more than 100,000 km on the odometer. Has a documented service and maintenance history. Has not been involved in any major accident resulting in structural damage. Is in excellent mechanical condition and roadworthy, with no significant defects affecting safety or performance.
